In the case of cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the course, 50% of the course fees will be charged, unless the course place can be taken by another person. The remaining amount will be cancelled within a period of 2 weeks. This will be done via the payment method used for the course booking.

In the case of unexcused absence or cancellation on the day of the course or after the closing of the restaurant on the previous day, 100% of the course fees will be charged.

The course management is entitled to cancel a course if there are insufficient participants or for other important reasons.
