Panasiatic & sushi
Enjoy curries, fried rice, sushi, soups and of course delicious noodle dishes - because "Nooch" means "munching noodles". The quality and freshness of the ingredients are very important to us. We only cook vegetables and herbs very briefly, as this preserves their natural vitamins. To bring out the full flavor of our ingredients, we don't cook them too spicy and don't use glutamate, cream or butter and hardly any animal fats.
Sustainability
We continuously strive to improve across various areas. We serve ASC-certified Selva Shrimps from their natural mangrove habitat. Our salmon comes from sustainable aquaculture in Norway and is also ASC-certified. The tuna we use is sourced from longline fisheries in the Western Pacific and is MSC-certified.
Social engagement
We regularly donate to charitable projects through our charity dish. Every six months, a new initiative is selected for targeted support. For each charity dish ordered, CHF 1.– goes directly to the current project. It’s a great pleasure for us to have already collaborated with so many dedicated organizations that put their heart and soul into inspiring initiatives.
