Carbonara reinterpreted - the Nooch way: thick udon noodles in a creamy miso carbonara, topped with raw egg for stirring in. Served with leek, bonito flakes and wasabi furikake - hearty, umami and simply irresistible.
🥗 Truffle Gyoza Salad - CHF 16.-
Fine spinach salad with miso dressing, served with truffle gyoza - topped with truffle sauce, potato crunch and horseradish microgreens.
