Panasiatic & sushi

Enjoy curries, fried rice, sushi, soups and of course delicious noodle dishes - because "Nooch" means "munching noodles". The quality and freshness of the ingredients are very important to us. We only cook vegetables and herbs very briefly, as this preserves their natural vitamins. To bring out the full flavor of our ingredients, we don't cook them too spicy and don't use glutamate, cream or butter and hardly any animal fats.

Sustainability

Sustainability is not a buzzword for us. We are constantly working to actively improve ourselves in various areas, so we use local products wherever possible, as with our dishes with Swiss Gotthard pikeperch, and we also provide you with containers made from renewable and recyclable raw materials for your take-away or delivery order.

Social commitment

We regularly donate to charitable projects with our charity dish. As a guest, you automatically donate CHF 0.50 and we double this contribution, because we are convinced that we can achieve the most together. It is a great pleasure that we have already been able to work with so many unique organizations that put their heart and soul into wonderful projects.
